BILL WILSON

Beginning his career in 1993 as a fixed income sales representative, Mr. Wilson founded the Finance 500 fixed income trading desk in Irvine, California in 1996. While with F500, Mr. Wilson started the CD Origination Department, and he was also instrumental in the creation of New Issue Callable CDs, helping propel F500 to top performance in CD origination. DAN WEAVER

Mr. Weaver joined JVB after nine years at Legg Mason, where he traded several fixed income products including CDs, Corporate bonds, and Agencies. Focusing on CDs, he increased CD sales from $1 billion to over $2.5 billion per year. Since starting the JVB CD Origination Desk in 2006, Mr. Weaver has underwritten over $450 million in Brokered CDs, and coordinated the sales and marketing of these CDs. Responsible for growing the firm's Brokered CD distribution, Mr. Peters also launched the firm's Structured Products desk in April 2006, successfully distributing Reverse Convertible Securities, Principal Protected Structured Notes, and Market Linked CDs to the dealer community. Prior to joining JVB, Steve spent ten years with the Broker Dealer Services Division of LaSalle Bank, where he was responsible for the trading and sales of CDs, Agencies, CMOs, and Structured Products. RICHARD A. MOOGAN

Mr. Moogan joined JVB Financial Group, LLC in 2007, beginning on the Structured Products desk and later joining the Dealer Sales Team. On the JVB Primary CD desk since early 2009, he now focuses on the trading and origination of Brokered CDs. Prior to joining JVB, Mr. Moogan began in Operations at the Broker Dealer Services Division of LaSalle Bank in 2003, and then moved into Secondary Trading and Product Origination of Structured Products including Reverse Convertibles, Market-Linked CDs, and Structured Notes.
