Our mission is to partner with registered investment advisors in order to provide comprehensive fixed income portfolio management, consultation, and product access. We specialize in providing advisors with the full spectrum of individual fixed income securities. By analyzing the economic and interest-rate climate and by utilizing our fixed-income market expertise, we provide fixed-income consultation and find securities that represent the most value and the best opportunities for your clients. Ø Weekly Economic Conference Calls –JVB's economist, Bill Sullivan, discusses economic outlook and current issues that may have impact on your clients’ portfolios.

Ø Fixed-Income Offerings – JVB inventories a broad range of offerings including municipals, mortgage-backed securities, CD’s, US government agencies and government-sponsored entities, corporate bonds, and structured products.
Ø Trading Expertise – With roots in the wholesale and institutional side of the fixed-income industry, our management and traders have served with major financial institutions and have extensive relationships throughout the industry. By leveraging our offerings through constant communication with the dealer community, JVB provides advisors with a broad range of primary and secondary market opportunities and institutional pricing.
Ø Customization – Within the area of Structured Products, JVB can customize securities offerings based upon the needs of advisors and their clients. In some cases, certain minimum transaction size may apply. Examples of these products are reverse convertible notes and index-linked CD’s, among others.
Ø Simplified Trade Settlement – For advisors wishing to purchase individual bonds from JVB, we will strive to make third-party settlement as seamless as possible. In these cases JVB and the advisor engage in DVP/RVP transactions that swap the securities for cash with custodians such as Schwab or TD Ameritrade on the settlement day of the trade. JVB’s extensive institutional experience and back office expertise will help you simplify the steps involved in the trade settlement process.
Laura Digan, Vice President
Laura, a University of Michigan graduate, is involved in sales and marketing for JVB Financial Group, LLC. Before joining JVB, Laura was a pioneer in the discount brokerage business, having successfully implemented brokerage services within banks and credit unions nationally. As Assistant Vice President at OLDE reporting directly to the late Ernest Olde, Laura was in charge of new accounts and equity trading. She has experience in equity and fixed income investments as well as market analysis and portfolio management. She worked as a retail/institutional broker for Prudential Securities in Detroit where she specialized in fixed income securities. Charles W. Johnson, Executive Vice President
Chuck has over three decades of experience in the securities business, having served as a vice president and manager of seven different offices at three NYSE member firms before joining JVB in 2001. He is the firm's insurance and mutual fund coordinator, registered options principal, and an LLC member. Chuck's lengthy experience as a broker, manager and trainer of investment brokers, has given him great respect for the client centered objectivity of fee based financial advisors, and he is dedicated to assisting them with their fixed income needs while honoring and promoting their roles as primary advisors to their clients.
