VINCENT W. BUTKEVITS, III

Vincent Butkevits is a Co-Founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer of JVB Financial Holdings, LLC, and its wholly owned subsidiaries. Mr. Butkevits began his career with Dean Witter in 1979 on the American Stock Exchange. He spent the first eight years of his career in all aspects of back and front office operations at Merrill Lynch, Salomon Brothers, and Centrust Savings Bank. Since 1985, Mr. Butkevits has traded fixed income securities for firms such as LaSalle National Bank, J.W. Charles Securities Inc., and R. Seelaus and Co. While employed at R. Seelaus and Co., Mr. Butkevits opened and managed its Florida office, which specialized in taxable fixed income trading. His responsibilities included overseeing trading, compliance, systems, and personnel, as well as all other duties associated with being a Principal Officer.
